I’ve always had a love of movement, from playing soccer to hiking mountains to dancing to live music. About 10 years ago, I found yoga and was forever changed. Yoga has the ability to strengthen the body, quiet the mind and to connect us to something greater. My classes are rooted in Vinyasa flow and synced to breath and music. They are practices seeking to find the balance between strength and ease, movement and stillness, grounding and flight. My goal is for my students to feel free.
